Is Goodluck really the ideal leader Nigeria needs right now?
Before i start I would like to quickly point out the fact that am neither a journalist nor am i a politics person,but just a concerned airing his candid opinion,so please you will have to forgive my poor way of expressing my points,
Since the unfortunate demise of our beloved former President Alhaji Umar Musa Yara"adua after a long period of ill health on May last year,Proffesor Goodluck Ebele Jonathan became the President by virtue of constitution of the Fedral Republic of Nigeria.
It has been roughly 10months Goodluck stepped into power,i want to ask what has he done for the average citzen of the country?,His whose 10months tenure has left Nigerians in a state of fear,insecurity and confusion.from the bomb blast on the indepedence day of our Great nation to so many other mayhem,who"s culprits have not been brought to book till date,to the various events that took place around.The President response to the bomb blast in Abuja was quite disheartening and left his honesty in question,after a press release by BBC in which the MEND leader clearly took responsibility for The Bomb blast on independence Day,even stating the President disuaded him from accepting responsibility for the Bomb blast.When the President clearly stated that MEND had nothing to do with the Bomb blast.
After all these events we have passed through in the last 10months,let ask ourselves,if a man that cannot give you 10months of peace,will you be willing to give that same person another 4years?.
My fellow Nigerians,Lets put religion and ethnicity aside and lets choose for ourselves a Leader that would initiate a change for a Better Nigeria...The destiny of the Country lies in your vote,so please vote wisely.
