We all have gone through lives journey hoping to gain our main purpose on this planet. I have to give a lot of respect to all Nigerian and African women for their tenacity in keeping a Continent standing today. Their ceaseless efforts in supporting the growth of nations through thin existence are highly commendable. Please note, I am not sexist, but feel that fundamentally women is Africa are amazing and we should all appreciate their generosity of spirit. I have had to opportunity to live in the West for several years. What constantly nags me is what have I given in return to the country of my birth. As JFK said ?it not what your Country can do for you as to what you can do for your Country? We all have a duty of care to our respective Countries to make poverty history, obliterate ignorance through positive reinforcing of education through merits. Eradicate corruption, support a welfare system that provides basic amenities for all?a recognition that we are all but one unit and we all should make good and fulfill God?s purpose before we are called to Him. This is very new to me and I am hoping to launch my book ?It Happened at Fifty? Soon. All proceeds from this book is to support projects in Nigeria for Women and Children. << Back to Blogs | Post a comment << Back to Blogs Comments:~ 14 years ago
