Jesus Christ the son of God did his ministry in singleness and because he had the mind of God was perfect in all he did. He was blameless all round and did not put his father to shame. Paul also did not marry. He was a man of God, an apostle and had the mind of Christ. The Lord saw him through his ministry thus could say I have fight the good fight because he was influenced by the spirit of God and he remained focused. Because of his desire to serve God, he gave himself totally to his work and service, reaping spiritual souls for the Lord without looking back. He was determined to reach the goal. In Genesis 1:27-28 says “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number fill the earth and subdue it:----- Here God instituted marriage as a command to be fruitful and increase in number, fill the earth and subdue it. Whether you marry or stay single is right in God’s side. Provided all you do is to pleased and honour him as Lord over your life.
