self confidence builds it all!
generally speaking, as proud of ourselves as we can be or look on the outside, there is always something eating us up on the inside. i say this because lately, the people we find committing suicide or hurting themselves are always the people we "think" they are the happiest.
sometimes ago, i lost a friend. the last person i taught i would ever loose. sometimes when i am sad or down, i think about this friend, and imagine how perfect life is for them and also how i could make mine exactly that way. i wanted to be more jolly, make more friends, and the same time be confident!. it was so sad when i heard the news about my friend. the even worse part was that my friend left a note with a perfect description of what was going through hes head and how he taught this is going to affect hes future. when i read this note, i looked at my self and re analyzed my own problems, i taught to myself that "that could have been me", at the same time i started to think of other ways my friend could have handled this situation. seemed to me that he was afraid to talk about hes problem because he felt like he would be humiliated, which is not true. my friend was definitely lacking a lot of self-confidence.
for issues like this, i generated some personal ways of handling it, which could be useful for anyone!
1. TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT YOUR PROBLEM, AND YOU WILL REALIZE THAT THERE"S SOMEONE ELSE OUT THERE FACING THE SAME PROBLEM OR SOMETIMES EVEN WORSE
2. GOD LISTENS, WHEN YOU PRAY TO HIM, A SOLUTION COULD COME TO YOU!
3. FINDING A DISTRACTION TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT THINKING TO MUCH ABOUT THE NEGATIVE THINGS IN YOUR LIFE.
4. HANG AROUND PEOPLE YOU LOVE MORE, THEY HELP YOU REALIZE THAT ONE WAY OR THE OTHER, YOU ARE IMPORTANT TO THEM
5. BE CAUTIOUS OF THINGS YOU DO, IT COULD LEAD TO A NEGATIVE RESULT.
