He attacked the homeless man and ate his face and eye. Eugene was shot and killed by the police on the scene of the crime! Investigators believe the suspect Rudy Eugene was under the influence of marijuana andthe drug lsd also know as bath salt. The victim is a 65 years old man Ronald poppies. Eugene on the other hand was 31 years old. In the Usa Lsd is a legal drug and sold in every drug and conveinience stores! This eventful happened in Miami last weekend! Seriously when will people learn not to use drugs!? Previously people got high on hand sanitizer! The victims where hospitalized and now people are using Lsd! The use of Lsd causes hallucinations and extreme aggressive behaviors to self and others! Some even killed themselves under the influence of bath salt.
