Soto’s affair with music started off in high school, where he started writing and rhyming for fun, counting on the likes of Nas, Styles P and Jadakiss for inspiration. He decided to make music his hustle in university, where he teamed up with a couple of friends to start up the group GSC. This was short-lived however, leaving him with the decision to pursue his chosen career path alone. While in school, Soto performed in numerous school shows and event, garnering popularity and a fan base which strengthened his conviction and fuelled his drive to actualize the goals he had set for himself.
