heck out another newcomer to the Afro-pop scene D’Bash. Government name Bashir Mustapha Yusuf, D’Bash (a.k.a Mr. Vulcanizer) is a Kano based artist that has been circling the scene since 2008. He’s finally making his break run into mainstream with this single “Ijoya” featuring artist/producer Mekoyo (who also produced the track). I think you’ll want to listen to a track titled ‘Ijoya” from a Kano boy. A successful mix of Pidgin, Hausa, and Yoruba. I’m feeling it. Listen and share your thoughts.
