On a day like this,been the 22nd of
April 6 years ago around 6pm,A shining light was
deemed. Oladapo Olaitan Olaonipekun
known as Dagrin a.k.a CEO,Fi Mi Le
Jo,Lyrical Werre who was born 25th
October 1987,died on the 22nd of April
2010 just at the time he was making
waves as the dopest rapper making it
big with his imprint Mi So Fun Yi
Entertainment taking shape.He did
good rap songs that encouraged the
street to keep moving and that' s why
even in the short period he had,he still
achieve alot with 3 nominations @ Hip
Hop World Awards 2010.Lilkadi
dropped his second single ' Voice of
the hustlers' and revealed at that time
that DaGrin is one of the reason he
raps today and one rapper he ever
wanted to work woth but the cold
hands of death snatched him away.He
also added that' s DaGrin is the reason
why his second single was in memory
of the late Yoruba rapper.Today,Lilkadi
remembers DaGrin with that same song
he used " Pon Pon Pon" instrumental
to pour his heart out with a line saying
" R.I.P DaGrin,Your lyrics in my mind is
evergreen" and referring to himself as the voice of the hustlers . Even in death, We still
remember and love him.Keep resting in
peace DAGRIN.
