I Chronicles 29:11 “Yours, O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, for all that is in the heavens and in the earth is yours. Yours is the kingdom, O Lord, and you are exalted as head above all.” I believe that the Lord loves it when we ascribe him the honor and praise that he deserves. This verse does that well, and it refers to many of the characteristics attributed to God. He is full of greatness, power, glory, majesty, and especially victory, as we are discussing in this article. The Lord is exalted above all else—here on the earth and also in the heavens. Because he is victorious, we can follow him and live in victory as well.
