Chubby funky was born from okpalaugo family in umuawulu village in Anamber state he hails from Asia south local government area growing up around su town suleja Niger state Northern Nigeria after move to Onitsha easten Nigeria while he decided to pursue music as a carrier alongside motor spare part trading business he is the second of three boy's
Chubby funky showed an interest in music at an early age of 12 being encourage by his mother, friends and family members
On 2006 drop his fist single made his girlfriend call mercy title is (I love you )while on 2011 he drop other single title is called Ronaldo Baby...2012 he drop the video including the link of the song... ...and he have some cool songs like SWEET HEART, and later did a hit song with the ft a popular artist call hommie Jay in the East Nigeria on 2018 he did a personal song with his trab name CHUKWUBUIKE
