KING LEXY - AUTOBIOGRAPHYThis is a new week, I wanna make everything brand new...Na Who - 13 years ago[age hidden] male from london, United kingdom King Lexy (Alex Samson) was born in Kaduna State, Nigeria and moved to United Kingdom when he was 16 years old. He started his music career when he was 11 years old He started performing and rapping while in secondary school. In 2008, with a couple friends, he formed a group called Nasty Cube. They had a few performances as a group and split 8 months later they all split up. In 2009, he set up a recording studio called Lexy Records to support upcoming artists in Kaduna State and connected with few other artists. such as Modenine, Deebee Collabo, Buru, Kelever Jay, Jay Tunez, and he also dropped few singles. in 2010 after the release of his album ITS GAME TIME he meet up with JJC SKILLZ & sign under JJC & THE BIGBOYZ ALL STARS with other artists like TIPSY, 2KRISS,( NO MORE) In 2011, the major event that put King Lexy out in the UK was his Live Performance at the afro beat festival at the Hammersmith Apollo in London, With about 7.000 crowd along side some of the Nigerian top artist like WizKid, Ice Prince, P-Square, JJC and the BigBoyz All-stars, Which boost up his music career and fan base, he as also performed in big stages around Uk and Nigeria, such as O2 arena, HMV Apollo and others, His single ‘NA WHO FT, JJC’ has been on radio station charts in Abuja, kaduna, & other Northern parts of Nigeria. It has been on. Beat Fm, Rhythm fm, Ray Power fm, KSMC fm, internet and blogs hype, MTN, GLO, ZAIN CALLER TUNES, also his recent follow up single. “ROMA FT, KCEE” has been Hitting waves on the internet and radio charts round the country. He has had collaborations with JJC, 9ICE, KCEE, KLEVER JAY, WYTTE, TIPSY, JAY TUNEZ, 2KRISS, TECNO, WHITE NIGERIAN, amongst others.
