In a country that follows the rule of law. Everything that husband have belongs to him and his wife, and in case of dirvoice all propert are to be share equally. And in case one of them passed away, all the property belong to the one who is still alive. But if there is will, then the will have to be followed and respect. incase of your daughter in law. she may have heard of a husband you passed away and the husband family want to drive away the wife and collect all the property. which happens in some parts of Nigeria. May be she want to prevent such happening in case of effectuality. Dont worry, just keep them in your prayer for longlife and prosperity.
